Admission Procedure:SEE Board

  • Registration form should be obtained from the school office during the school hours.
  • The School Office will give you the correct day, date and time for written entrance test. This test will be conducted in English, Nepali and Mathematics.
  • Successful candidates’ names will be informed after the declaration of results.
  • Candidates who have passed the written tests will be called for an interview.During the interview, candidates should be accompanied with the parents/guardians. The School Office will furnish the right interview date and time.
  • After the completion of aforementioned formalities the student can be admitted on the submission of the Birth Certificate, four auto and four passport size photographs.
  • Parent will be given the total amount payable and the bank’s name by the Accounts Department.
  • The school will take the responsibility of uniform and the amount will be charged later.
  • Text books and exercise books will be supplied by the school and the charges will have to be paid at the time of admission.
  • As transportation is optional, parents deciding to choose the bus option will becharged separately.

  • Xerox of birth certificate
  • Two passport sized photographs
  • Transfer certificate of previous school
  • Xerox of the mark sheet of recently passed class.

Admission Procedure:NEB Board

  • SEE Pass or equivalent education with minimum D+ grade can apply for Grade XI Policy
  • Request for the application form at The Chandbagh School or download here.
  • Appear for Chandbagh Entrance Test and Interview with a parent/guardian.
  • If declared eligible the applicant will get Admission Grant Letter.

Admission Procedure:CBSE

  • The Chandbagh School looks for those candidates who is capable enough to reflect what the students have learnt.
  • In this regard, we take a written test on four subjects: Mathematics, English, Nepali/Hindi and Aptitude test with the total marks of 90 and 10 Marks for Oral Test guided with general conversation. Basically, Oral test is conducted to test the level of fluency and command over the English language.
  • Looking at the overall presentation, we publish the result give the letter of confirmation to the parents to do admission of their child as per our norms.
